How can routines benefit children and care providers?

How the human brain is wired is by columns, and these columns store information this information tells the body things and when it tells the body something from yesterday the body wants to repeat it again so you as the human can stick to a schedule..

Have you ever realized on days you have a set schedule you don't feel as stressed out. Being stressed out can result in fatigue and fatigue becomes a shortage on memory.

Therefor. Yes! it is so beneficial to have a set schedule for the kids and the adults...
