Why do u think it is hard for people to change behaviors related to HIV

Well, this is an opinion based question so it could go either way. I think it’s difficult because like anything, s*x can be an addiction. Though there is therapy, getting someone to do the act can be cheaper & easier.

As long as it was one lick and the dog is a bigger dog, it should be fine. watch it carefully for a few days.
