History: this 16yr old feamle is seen in the offic3 today by dr. Jacob's after falling off a curb and twisting her right ankle. She is normally a patient of dr. Anderson. Who is out of town this week. Sje states that she has pain surrounding the entire foot and ankle. Seems unable or unwilling to bear weight.
