Is it normal to feel dead when you cant talk to your family about anything cuz all they do is yell and if not what do i do plz tell me?

Talking through anything will help you feel better, if you can't go to your family then go to a trusted friend or adult, because it will make you feel better and you will feel everything come off of your chest. You will be okay, stay strong

i mean i understand what your meaning, my parents are the same, i usually dont talk to them, i more likely  tell my friends or my brother...other than that im not sure, hope i helped.
