Theresa Blake exhibits a pervasive pattern on extreme inability to act independently of her boyfriend, Roger. It is common with people with  little or no care at childhood,  those who grow  under parents who are overprotective, genetic predisposition to anxiety ,those who suffered range of abuse  at tender age, or people who underwent  non cordial relationship.

Psychotherapy, ,Antidepressant and Anxiety  drugs, are ways of mitigating this disorder.
