1. What percent of your total calories came from fat? Is this result above, below, or within the recommendation to consume between 20% to 35% of total kcals as fat? Do you need to decrease your total fat intake? Ideally, it should be less that 35% of total kcals. What foods will you try to limit? If your fat intake is too low, is this because you are also not meeting protein and/or calorie requirements? What foods do you need to begin eating to correct this situation? (Hint: Think of foods containing high amounts of unsaturated fats).
