With delicacy wash your hands under warm water with soap. Don't try to cover it or pop it yet. Rub a bit of alcohol on it and if you have it rub iodine on it gently. It may take a couple of days but when it is clear and not painful anymore, carefully get a needle and poke a small hole. Gently squeeze and wipe. Apply some alcohol again. (Be Advised you might have to do the popping with needle more than 1 time)
