How to get a full 8 hours of sleep for a high school student?

this is coming from a high school student who juggles year-round sports, drama/theatre, college, and regular homework all at the same time.

- do not procrastinate

- if you dont get your homework use google or ask your friends for the answers

- DO NOT GO ON TIKTOK UNTIL YOU'RE DONE WITH HOMEWORK ITS AN ADDICTION

- do not stay up all night on your phone

- create a routine so that your body gets used to waking up and going to sleep at certain times

- do your work in between any activity where you have free time so that way you are not doing homework late into the night

being a high school student while also getting 8 hours of sleep is almost too perfect. it usually doesn't even happen. some nights you will get more sleep, and others you will get less. only in a perfect world do high schoolers go to sleep at a decent time, so make sure you weigh out and balance how much stuff you have in your schedule so that you can get enough sleep.
