Naturally, you are not a highly trained IMH home visitor, so keep it simple. Just write a few paragraphs about the situation, a few about the child's IFSP for that period, what development is happening, what problems need assistance. Write a paragraph or two about what you do on one visit. Then write a paragraph on your feelings and ideas for further assistance that week, both for personal support and concrete assistance. Your report should be at least 600 words in length.
