How do you insert a tampon and put on a pad???

ok, um, tampons can vary some... i use the ones with plastic applicators just cause it's easier. if you look in the box there are detailed directions, but basically you put the end with the cotton lookin thing in it up your *it wont let me say* as far as you can without letting go of it, then you push on the stick thing like youre giving yourself a shot and pull out the applicator at the same time. if it's really uncomfortable take it out and try again with a new one. and for a pad you peel off the paper from the back of it and put the sticky part in your underwear, if it has wings you can fold them over and stick them to the other side of you underwear to hold it in place.

edit; be very careful with tampons, only wear clean ones. if you drop it or the packaging comes open just throw it away. and dont wear them for too long, 8 hours tops. tss may be rare but it does happen and it can kill you so it's best to be safe.
