Describe one reason that the demands on healthcare systems have increased in recent years?

The population at large is aging, chronic illness, longer lifespan

Requests on the  health care system have expanded as of late for the accompanying reasons:

the populace everywhere is maturing, the normal life expectancy is longer, and there are more occasions of unending sickness.

i'm pretty sure questions like these aren't allowd.   but, sure.   i can and talk : ))

exercising at a moderate intensity, and slowly increasing the duration.
