Siblings: Wait a bit before approaching the sibling. Give it some time for both of you to cool down and then talk to them. Apologize, and make it up to them.

Stress: You can see someone. Talking to people helps too. Letting out your feelings to a good friend or a journal. Listening to music, taking a walk, and doing your favorite activities help. Avoid drama and trouble.

Friend: Approach the friend about the message. If you can't compromise or reason then let them go. It's not worth it.
