body image is influenced by many factors. These factors include family environment, ability or disability, the attitudes of peers, social media, cultural background and more. Puberty is also a big influence. During puberty, your  body is going through lots of changes.

well say a good goal is to do 150 sit ups in a week! or 90 pull ups a day. even 60 push ups in a month these are all fair goals!
