In your opinion, what does it mean to be grown up? Should teens be allowed to make their own decisions about sleep and other personal Issues, or should adults set guidelines that help them stay healthyhaving more freedom of choice worth the potential consequences if a young person makes the wrong decision?

Teens should be able to make their own decisions to an extent but you can’t boss them around to much it causes then stress and they deal with more than adults actually think. That will lead to misbehavior and other negative actions so let the teen be free about it u less u see it causing them harm then you can step in
