Several good hygiene practice or metgods you can use to not get this disease

Social distancing .Washing your hands for 20 seconds make sure you get between the fingers and wash your thumb. Not touching your face  to the best of you abilities.  Wear a mask in public ,homemade or brought . Take some Vitamin C and also stay home unless it's essential Also don't wear gloves if you do not know how to take them off proper. You can contaminate yourself taking off the glove and the purpose would be for nothing . If you do wear gloves , a quick overview on hot to take them off ,pinch the less dominate side in the middle of the palm of the hand and ball it up  like a ball , and then put two fingers of the uncover hand under the glove not the outside but touch the inside and then pull up then dispose in the trash.
