The people suffering from diabetes should eat a healthy diet and must not consume the foods rich in sugar.

The people who are already over weight should not spend much time on eating unhealthy diet and just sitting and playing games and not working out.

As there is less insulin released in the blood, the glucose will be stored and not being used by the body, there are chances that they become more ill and obese.

So, as a healthcare professional i would advise my cousin to eat less and healthy and go on walks , exercise, running et cetera.
