Give one person the job of being "Simon" correspond hand motions to either running, jumping, hopping, or skipping. (i.e. if "Simon" raised his or her right hand, have the persons jump to the next hulahoop) Have your "Simon" stand at the end of the course, first person to go through the path, jumping, running, hopping, or skipping when "Simon" says so and high five "Simon" at the end of the course is the winner.
