I'm not a doctor or physician assistant, but I think that you should work out if not already, you should clean around the house, bored yourself to death, wake up way early in the morning and stay awake , no naps during the day, take a shower before bed or during the day to feel tired or maybe at night, make your mind think alot.( these help me go to sleep faster or listen to music that you don't like or that is very slow music, like piano or something that is not your taste. ) my mom works out and gets sleepy easily and feels tired easily. work outside the house in the garden or do boring things you don't want to do.

Not participating family bbq, go to university or college without scholarship, not getting a or a+.
