Physician ses a BC/BS patient with coverage through BC/BS plan from another state

one time i was looking at my neighbors screen door to see if the door was open i was squinting like a fool for 10 minutes before realizing he was starring back i then died from embarrassment and am now typing this from the ghost world

was there more to the question like a picture or something? also i mean with no picture i think something that's not likely to be an educational impact would probably be the way the child is raised since it has special health care needs
