Similarity between instinct and learned behavior

Instinct is a natural thing, its hereditary, where as adopted behavior is to do with environment 

Instinct is what you do naturally andlearned behavior has to do with how you adapted to your surroundings

One health risk and the most important one is obesity, it can cause obesity since you are not leveling your food like you wont ever get full because your just snacking between foods which can also cause diabetes.hope this : )
