You could gather information that would help cure your illness by looking at many different websites and watching many different videos, seeing if they all have the same information or information that you need. You can tell if the information that you had gathered is accurate and credible by looking at official websites and seeing if all the websites and videos that you've viewed have similar or the same information.

my hamster died and my second hamster i got after that one died as well. i also lost two birds named rainbow and kiwi, (they didn't die, they flew off and escaped). i lost a cat named omi, and a dog named snoopie. the best way i got over it is, paying my respects, and just thinking that they were in a happy place. as well as just remembering but not thinking about it all the time, just do fun activities and try not to think about it too much. hope you feel better. i'm sorry about your loss. : (

well say a good goal is to do 150 sit ups in a week! or 90 pull ups a day. even 60 push ups in a month these are all fair goals!
