Can someone help me? I know no one is a therapist on this app but I’m so sad and I’m beginning to have an eating disorder I just want someone to talk to, no one else will listen.

Brownies are good but they're messier than cookies. sugar cookies are also fun and more versatile to decorate. especially cut out cookies.

Iwould describe it as an overall negative image of themselves.  because they are anorexic, they must sometimes look at themselves as overweight or even obese. however, other people may comment on the being to skinny, which may cause them to see themselves as too skinny at other times.
