It's weird I have often had dreams were I fell like I have lived that dream over and over again only I didn't live it in the dream I lived it while I was awake

when you rub, you also apply pressure, that pressure can urge the poop to come out. i think that when your rubbing, you also might be slightly breaking it up and that can further fill the stomach.
