I have a rare health condition that causes me to gain weight when I exercise, and I'm a vegetarian, so I eat healthy. But I have a p. e assignment asking me how I can manage my weight better. What's a good way to say I love myself and it doesn't get much better than this, so don't bully me? I can't very well tell my online gym teacher that getting less exercise helps me lose weight, though it's true. Also, I'm currently quarantined, so I can't really get less exercise unless I never left bed LOL. To prove my point, I am currently 20 pounds lighter than when I took gym in person a year ago. I'm not underweight either.
