Is it just me or when you wake up do you feel high or drunk cuz i do

it depends if I got any sleep the night before. because if I got no sleep then I usually feel exhausted but if I did yeah I do feel a little high

was there more to the question like a picture or something? also i mean with no picture i think something that's not likely to be an educational impact would probably be the way the child is raised since it has special health care needs
