The caller tells you they were completing an application when their phone died. Now they are
calling back and you see that their application is
"In Progress". What do you do? Select all that

A) If an ACN exists, you have to re-launch
INTACT, select cancel within INTACT and
launch a new application

B) Start another application so you get the
credit and the other person who started
the enrollment gets in trouble for having
an "In Progress" application.
