If I had a friend who was struggling with their weight I would suggest three things. The first thing I would suggest is to plan out balanced meals. Balanced or healthy meals are very important in weight loss. The next thing I would suggest is to exercise. I would tell them to find an exercise routine that they enjoy so they are more likely stick to it. Lastly I would tell them to get good sleep since it is harder to lose weight with out proper rest. You did not show us the image of the burger, but i shall try to answer as best i can.  when purchasing food, always consider the ingredients as well as the person who prepared it. consider if they were hygienic people or not, in case the burger was infected with bacteria. no mortal should place an infected burger into their mouth.
