PL HLP Are all calories the same?

Consider the following two questions as you make up your mind.

• Are 500 calories from two slices of pizza the same as 500 calories from vegetables?

• Are you able to eat more calories and still have the same body composition if you eat healthy food?

Using your answers to the previous two questions, discuss why you believe all calories are the same, or why you do not believe all calories are the same.

(a) is not correct because one does not get increased cholesterol  from lifting weights.(b) is not correct because lifting weights cannot reduce the risk of a hereditary disease.(c) is not correct because back pain isn't a benefit! and plus, if he lifts weights properly, he should not have back pain.(d) is the correct answer because his ligaments will gain mass, making it easier for him to carry heavier weights and he will also be stronger!
