Yes. Cafeterias should absolutely include low fat and vegetarian lunch options for different eating habits. Why should some students be excluded just because they are a minority? They shouldn't is the answer. Some people maybe have a special religious need to eat differently, or for health reasons, or it is their preference. Non the less it should be respected. We wouldn't be asking this question if the only thing offered in a cafeteria was vegetarian food because that is not what the majority wants. We should push for everyone to feel included and safe. Saying that we shouldn't offer a low fat or vegetarian food means that the people who eat that type of food are not important and their needs shouldn't be looked at. If vegetarians and low-fat eaters are asked to adapt to the school food then it is only logical to ask the same for the other side.
