Emma designs robots. Robots are machines and not computers. The kind of robots that Emma designs requires computer programming to perform intricate surgeries. Emma has information technology skills that enable her to program the robots.  

2. Health services

The cluster is composed of nurses, doctors, pharmacists, paramedics, and healthcare operators. Workers in the cluster are centered around hospitals, chemists, pharmacies, and clinics. Designing a robot that performs surgeries will require surgical skills. Emma has the know-how of intricate surgeries; that's how she can design a robot that can do so.
