I often hear about sex is that sex is a two person intimate physical interaction with opposite gender. It is about showing love to each other. Sex is a way to show love to your partner.

Following are the ways to avoid the pressure to have sex:

Be confident and do what you want.  

Say “no.” to your partner if you are not ready for having sex.  

Be clear and direct in your conversation.

So we can say that sex should be done when both parties are agree otherwise can't do it.
