Explanation: As a psychologist and as a person who practices Pilates, I see this type of exercise as another alternative to keep your body in shape. Not all people enjoy going to a gym to lift weights and Pilates is a good option to keep the body toned.

Pilates is here to stay. Women who are pregnant can do Pilates and this allows them to be fit and take care of their health and that of the baby. Pilates is also a way to relax as it is a type of yoga with various movements.

With the passage of time Pilates will be maintained and new ways to exercise will arrive. The world is diverse and there must be options for people.
