The sport I would like to considered to be dependent on muscular strength and endurance is figure skating. People who figure skate have to work on their strength; the women in the sport have to use non-weight bearing lifting so that they do not get bigger than their partner skater does. Yoga can help to build the muscle in a different way to stretch the long muscle in the body to look longer and tone. The muscles with using non-weight bearing will improve the endurance, stability, precision and stamina for them to hold that the upright spin, a sit spin, and a camel spin. Skaters also perform flying spins and combination spins they need strong legs to maintain control of the landing. Using resistance bands and one own body weight can promote strength for performing jumps, spins and increasing speed and control on the ice
