In this paragraph, you will be telling me what items you would cut out of your diet in order to be healthier. You will also list what things you could do when it comes to exercises that will also help you be healthier and why you think these things will help you.

If I had to cut certain foods out of my diet, there'd be a few things to go. First off, meat. I would go vegetarian. Next, I'd cut out all fast foods, processed foods, and junk food. For exercises, regular cardio AND strength training would be healthy. I think that spending less time sitting and more time active would be healthy. As well as that, eating protein, healthy fats, calorie counting, checking food labels, etc, would all help.
