HOW DO I STOP MASTURBATING

Kind of an odd question on this app but all you have to do is maintain willpower and not think about it. It is NNN, also known as No Nut November, and I have not choked the chicken since October 31. I will be completing this challenge. Just don’t think about pleasuring yourself and be active. Eat healthy and work out. Trust me, it’s worth it to stop mastur-bating.
