Why are u anxious and can u solve it? Feelings are hard to calm down if u don't get rid of the cause. Also maybe do something u enjoy.

When I feel anxious I usally take a deep breath and calm myseld down or I drink some water and sit still. Stop thinking about whatever is making you feel anxious and do your best to calm your body down with maybe medication or just naturaly. I hope I helped :(
