Hello! I'm going through the same right now and if you're either having stomach cramps, I suggest getting something warm on your lower abdomen or getting into a nice warm bath. I don't usually have got water bottles and if you dont either, try having a hot drink and place it onto your lower abdomen and also drinking. It'll keep you warm. hope this helped ♡
