I am a 45-year-old woman. I want to improve my lifestyle to become healthier. Right now I am about 20 pounds overweight and do not seem to have the motivation to go out and get fit. I need a plan of attack. A) Buy an Apple watch to record my miles per day of walking so that I feel better about my health because though I am exercising, I am still overweight.

B) Go to a doctor and see if I can just take medication to help we lose weight because it is the easiest thing to do.

C) Download an app like MyFitnessPal that can provide me with recipes to help make better eating choices, a nutrition log, a fitness log and helps me stay accountable for my goals.

D) Buy a Jawbone UP because it alerts you after being idle for so many minutes to get up and move. The nutritional eating aspect I will work on later because it is not as important.
