How do you make cramps stop ? Plz help

Well if ur talking about girly issues then:

1. Heating pads are wonderful!! But if you don't have one then >Get a water bottle with a sealable lid and fill it with hot hot water and put it in a sock or something so that it doesn't burn u.

2. Ask someone to go to the store and get u kombucha, it might taste weird but it's an actual drink that I find helps with cramps.

3. Eat or drink anything ginger, it also relieves cramps

4. Do yoga stretches for the lower back, strangely enough they help with cramps but ya know make sure they are like upside down ones otherwise you'll have more probs then just cramps lol.

5. Lay down

6. Drink lots of water!!

7. Take ibuprofen or a safe pain reliever.

8. Get urself some chocolate and watch movies all day hope u feel better;)
