Mental health awareness Common sense - don't decide to tell your child every time they eat something that they are gong to be an obese diabetic and then scream at them that since they are trying to soothe your screaming by eating less that they are anorexic. it doesnt make us happy dont do this to children without disorders and definitely dont do this to children with them

and its not just children.

my parents do this

i have mixed eating patterens as a bipolar

and my dad doesnt pay attention to me so by the time he thinks im eating to much
im on the other side of the spectrum and not eating- and then he takes away my food options of what i will eat

and when he notices im not eating im eating way to much and he tries to make me eat more

its damaging to us

if you dont know if the person has disorders or not dont accuse them of it or treat them as if they do

Be aware of how you impact people

It can be for the better or worse of their health mental or otherwise

My family doesnt even belive in my disorder.

Is this sitiuation healthy for me?
