Using paper or poster board, using a word processing program, or using a slide-show type program like Power Point. Whatever design style you choose, your safety guide must clearly include and explain:

warm-up and cool-down procedures to use during exercise
give a brief explanation as to why warming up and cooling down is important
give at least two examples of warm-ups AND two examples of cool-downs with a brief explanation and visual for each
identify potentially dangerous environmental conditions such as wind, cold, heat, and insects
briefly explain why or when each of these conditions might be dangerous
give one suggestion for preventing each condition and one suggestion for treating each condition
include an image or graphic for each condition
identify potentially dangerous exercises
(you may need to do some research for this one—be sure to include a Reference page or section that expresses any websites that you used to find information)
briefly explain the adverse effects on the body for each exercise
give one image or graphic for each dangerous exercise
