What can I do to relax before my basketball games and not worry about messing up?

Give yourself little peps talks stay positive. Think about how you are going to do. example, I am going to do good. don't stress, breathe.

1. breathe deeply from your lower lungs

2. breathe in and try to push the ring outwards.

3. breathe in through your nose and out through your nose and mouth.

4. avoid raising your shoulders as you breathe in

5. relax!
