Well-being is a concept that implies not only the physical health of the person, but a set of concepts and situations that magnify this term. Thus, in addition to physical health, it implies emotional stability of the person, understanding that a calm and peaceful mind collaborates greatly with the feeling of well-being of the individual. In addition, other factors that influence this concept are economic stability, while today money is essential for the acquisition of basic necessities; social stability, as individuals living in community, people need to relate to their peers; and finally, a feeling of purpose in the day to day, that impulses the person to want to achieve a goal and motivates him in his daily life.
