A well balanced diet is important of any daily nutrition plan, because if you eat something healthy for lunch, for instance fruits, vegetables, grains, and protein, then that would be classified as an balanced meal/diet. But when it comes time for lunch and you eat say for instance junk food, Mcdonald’s , whatever the case may be. It doesn’t have a balanced amount of grain, vegetables, and fruit. So that will be considered unbalanced and it could throw off your energy levels and your health if you continue to eat unbalanced.
