Conduct a survey to gather information about the understanding of organic food. Your survey should include at least 15 to 20 people. Try to choose people from diverse backgrounds. Ask the following questions, but also add in a few of your own:

Do you know what "organic" means?
Do you eat organic foods?
Would you choose organic food on a menu if offered at the same price?
Are you a vegetarian? If so, what kind?
Are there foods that you do not eat?
Would you choose a vegetarian option on a menu even if you are not a vegetarian?
Do you think foodservice establishments should offer vegetarian options?
Submission Requirements:
Type up your findings in a 500-word report.

Assignment Guidelines:
Your report should be written in paragraph form. It should summarize your findings, and include anything you found of particular interest. Also, it should include a conclusion about whether the people you interviewed see organic and vegetarian as good options in food choice.
