When you get a physical injury it can badly ruin your mental health for example, lets say you break a bone and cant play your favourite sport or you feel as though you will never get back to normal. Physical injury can badly impact the other two sides becuase your injury could be life changing or debilitating, it can make you become depressed or anxious and you could start to feel worthless.
