I have PTSD. It affects my life very negatively and I've tried for a long time to get over it. My own question is: Will I ever get over it..?

You cannot cure PTSD, but you can learn to manage the symptoms and live a productive life.

PTSD is not like the common cold or cancer. It is not an infectious disease.  In the case of infectious diseases, people's immune system responds and helps to combat the condition.  There are a variety of different treatments protocols to learn to manage PTSD.

1. entire bag, then the entire bag of calories

2. the percent of fat would be the percent of fat from the serving size, added up to the entire bag of calories

3/4. the saturated fat would be on the bag label, but im pretty sure if you take the serving size and do the math to figure it out you could find out in total the fiber, saturated fat,etc..
