Explanation: Let’s say you were struggling to study for a math test, and due to your struggles, you became stressed. Then, due to you stressing over the test all night, when the day comes for the test you are now anxious. You are anxious about if you will fail or pass this test.

Another example would be if you were stressed after having a fight with a friend group, thus causing them to tell you to leave, leaving you behind as everyone else hung out together. This would cause you to be stressed over the argument.

Your stress causing you to over think the situation could leave you in a state of depression over loosing close friends.
