Similarities between sport and recreation

Sports refers to any type of organized physical activity, e.g: soccer, rugby, football, basketball and athletics. Recreation activities are walking, swimming, meditation, reading, playing games and dancing.

All active is their own way, only one is at a higher level than the others.

music, art groups, cooking and gardening. outdoor activities are shopping, eating out, theatre trips and sailing.

honestly, integrity, loyalty

tell their parents and make sure she gets from a counselor or therapist. be supportive and be there for her. be a kind and good friend. spend time with her to make her feel like she's not alone. i'm not a professional but i really hope they stays strong.
