How to solve anxiety problem?​

drink more water

1. Use essential oil

2. Meditate

3. Get enough sleep

4. Exercise

5. Identify the root that causes anxiety

6. Spend time with loved ones

7. Stop procrastinating

8. Use CBD oils

9. Get a pet

10. Simply ask for help

11. Eat healthy

and if you can't find a way, turn your anxiety into a weapon that help guide you through life. That is what I do. I learned about my fear and get stronger through it

i need the a b or c but mental disorders include repetitiveness,unable to listen, wanting to kill people, thinking that you are perfect, sexuality toward the wrong age types younger than you like a child bad reputations cutting yourself abuse! these are sad but these are true! the titles for some of these are ptsd and adhd. you need to go to jail or get an expert counselor if you face any of these problems or if you have indeed been involved!
